Leaders and Innovators banquet

The biennial reunion of the Black Alumni Network featured a banquet to honor (l to r) Professor Kevin Willmott, Student Body President Tiara Floyd and alumni who were selected as the 2019 Mike and Joyce Shinn Leaders and Innovators: Jyarland Daniels, Eva McGhee, Bonita Gooch, Norma Norman and Ivory Nelson. A sixth honoree, Katherine Conway-Turner, could not attend. The Homecoming weekend activities also included a reception with Chancellor Doug Girod, the network’s business meeting and a tailgate on the Hill.
